Who we are
Bridge is a workforce development social enterprise that provides learning solutions and management consulting services in Ivory Coast. We help organizations achieve results that require a change in human behavior. We believe in youth potential to bring positive change in society, and everything we do revolves around unleashing potential.
Founded in 2014 in the Democratic Republic of Congo, we began with a simple mission to create a platform that helps youth connect to employers. We have now expanded into a management consulting firm to provide reliable tools, services and insights to empower people to achieve greatness at any career stage.
Our mission
Our mission is to bridge the skills and opportunity gap by linking youth and young professionals aged 15-35 to education, business and career opportunities, promoting civic engagement, volunteerism and social entrepreneurship as pathways to decent work and economic growth, and providing a space for learning, innovating and collaborating. We want to help the next generation tell better life stories when it comes to getting an education and finding a meaningful career.
Our Vision:
To build a community of empowered citizens where positive change happens as a result of relevant education, decent work and economic growth.
What We Do
We offer training classes on soft and technical skills targeting youth and working professionals through our online platform and Centers, where we provide our clients an environment to exchange, innovate, and gain skills and knowledge that empower them to unleash their full potential, as well as advance the goals of organizations.
We organize workshops and host events on a number of topics touching education, workforce development, human resource management, and youth policy. We partner with key stakeholders in the private and public sectors and civil society to further our mission.
Our program activities are aligned with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

We partner with educators, employers and donors to achieve our goals
Partnerships are at the core of our strategy, because we can't do it all alone
We build and strengthen long-lasting partnerships with key stakeholders at local, regional and international levels, garnering financial and technical support, building capacity, improving access to science and technology; and sharing knowledge on mutually agreed terms.

Career Advice for Young Professionals
For young professionals aged 25-35
We’re dedicated to helping young professionals, providing them with the right tools, insights and connections they need to thrive in their career. We offer one-on-one sessions in English and French on personal development, career planning, resume writing, changing job "responsibilities" into "accomplishment statements", addressing concerns about resume formatting, providing direction on how to compose a cover letter, and providing guidance in transitioning to another career or industry. While our career advice is free of charge, the one-on-one sessions are offered at a very nominal fee.

Workshops for Human Resources Professionals
Consultancy services for employers
Starting in 2017, we will be offering a range of Organizational Development consultancy services to organizations, including customized workshops for Human Resources professionals on young talent recruitment, performance management, change management and business process improvement. Organization Development (OD) is the practice of helping organizations solve problems and reach their goals. Our emphasis is assisting our clients not just in meeting their goal but with learning new problem-solving skills they can strategically use for the future.

Key Activities
We focus on the journey, not the destination, because our joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it.
Our business model calls for a number of key activities to create and offer our value proposition, reach more youth and maintain lasting relationships and partnerships with employers and educators. Key activities include but are not limited to job fairs, workshops, design thinking activities, labor market research, learning programs and forums, in order to provide lasting solutions to youth unemployment and bridge the skills and opportunity gap.

Key Partnerships
If we are together, nothing is impossible; if we are divided, all will fail. We all gain by working together.
We build strategic partnerships with various stakeholders. Collaboration is a cornerstone of our business model. The main reason is to succeed together and share resources and expertise for a sustainable future.

Cost Structure
We do more with less, and strive to offer the best.
Our cost structure is based on a value-for-money approach. We minimize costs wherever possible. We are also value-driven and human-centered as we strive to offer better and cost-effective solutions and personalized services and products to respond to the needs of youth and employers.
